Charlie Panfil is a Public Policy Associate with The Daschle Group, A Public Policy Advisory of Baker Donelson. He assists the work with domestic and international clients on energy, public health, trade, and social issue policies. Charlie also leads research projects and provides strategic social media advice.
In addition to his work with TDG, Charlie serves in other roles throughout DC. He is the youngest member of the LGBTQ+ Victory Fund National Campaign Board where he helps elect more LGBTQ+ legislators at all levels of government. He also sits on the Member Outreach and Engagement Committee at the National Institute for Lobbying and Ethics (NILE) where he focuses on welcoming more Gen Z and LGBTQ+ people into the advocacy space. In 2017, Charlie founded one of the first Gen Z political action committees called Friends of Intelligent Democracy that registers young people to vote and helps elect Democrats across the country that support Gen Z policies.
Charlie lives in Arlington, VA and is currently working on his Masters of Professional Studies in Legislative Affairs at The George Washington University Graduate School of Political Management.
