Shawntay Charles is an administrative assistant with The Daschle Group, a Public Policy Advisory of Baker Donelson. Primarily, she supports the President & COO. Additionally, she is responsible for assisting the team with financial matters, scheduling and client meetings.

Shawntay joined The Daschle Group in 2017 after working with the membership team at the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors. She brings to the position more than 18 years of experience providing excellent executive level administrative support, and is committed to helping others find solutions and being a team player who is always willing to lead or follow.

A native of Washington, D.C., she loves the city life and will only consider moving to a slower-paced area sometime after retirement…maybe.
